STAGE Children's Theatre Group started at Osgoode Public School on a volunteer basis in January 2006 under the name of Drama Kids. We performed our first production in June of that year with a play titled "Little Bigfoot" (Lazy Scripts) with a cast and crew of 45. Our next production, "Oh! Christmas Trees" took place in December 2006 with a cast of 25. With the success of our next play "My Principals a Monster" we decided to make a business of it. We adopted the name of STAGE - Children's Theatre Group and continue to grow, bringing our program to children in and around the Ottawa area.
